Angkor Wat Trip Service
Jeep Explorer - Siem Reap
Dinning - Siem Reap

In the morning, a nice jeep with a driver is ready for you to explore the National Park of Kulen Mountain, a sacred site where the Khmer Empire began in 802 B.E. This is the oldest city of Angkorean period. The distance is about 65 km from Siem Reap and would take around 2 hours drive. We will drive through numerous villages all the way to the top of Phnom Kulen. First we will climb the stairs to see the reclining Buddha considered to be most sacred Buddha statue in Cambodia. Then we will visit the local river and see the ancient carvings that are etched into the stone bed of the river. These are remarkable because they are over 1000 years old.

After that we drive to the village for a picnic lunch in a thatched hut or a lunch at a local restaurant (by your own account).

Then we drive back to visit the ancient sculpture of a thousand Shiva Lingas and the biggest waterfall in Cambodia. This beautiful place with its many cool pools is a popular place for swimming. Bring your swim suit/trunks, so you can enjoy a relaxing time swimming in the waterfall complex, or just admiring the beautiful scenery. Late afternoon, we return to Siem Reap and drop you at your hotel. Tour ends.
